Concern : Look Age: 62 Sex: Male A patient seems wearing a crown over canine. And, that crowned canine is hitting opposite tooth to find itself third degree mobility. Patient was given options: Implant and Maryland bridge. He accepted later option. It has been two years, sticking there. Without rocking a lateral incisor, the adjacent tooth where it is getiing hold.
Concern: esthetic Age 22 Sex Male A patient with a broken two anterior teeth, wants to improve it. So wee did it.
Concern: esthetic and sensitivity. Age 37 A patient wants his teeth with similar shape it was, and no more sensitivity. It was filled and esthetically improved. It took two appointments. Patient has started smiling without covering his mouth while laughing .
This 35 years old unmarried lady from western Nepal comes to us two days before her big day. We clean her teeth creating her pleasing smile. We hope she lived happily, with smiles, ever after.
A young lady of 16 wore wires to close her upper anterior two teeth gap. After 3 years of hard work, she spent money but gap remained same (what she said is if believed ). Then she went to a dentist ( seems a under qualified ) and put a composite paste in between and connected two teeth without leaving a hairline space. She wore that for two years. And, came to us to improve it. We removed that fillings and did diastema closure. She left us with some due may be because she was still skeptic with the treatment as she was used to being from her previous histories. After 3 years she comes and pays the due and thanks us again. He doesn’t want to wear braces and wants quick fix for his upper anterior gaps. We do it and he becomes happy and flies to Australia.
Initially a patient is confused whether to do cleaning of his teeth. “Cleaning will weaken my teeth or more sensitivity will creep in,” patient worries. After our motivation and education, patient nods to do scaling. And, here is before after. A week later patient sends another patient via his good word of mouth for the cleaning .
