Public health=Oral health.
There is a general public health rule:
Washing hands before meals and after toilet to prevent yourself from diseases which transfer via contaminated vehicle(hand). And, usual vaccination, deworming regularly and drinking boiled or treated water, wearing mask around dusts for saving yourself from possible health threats in near future.
Similarly, very basic oral health rules:
Brush twice daily after square meals to prevent your gums from not getting infected, posing unpleasant look, bleeding, and emanating foul smell. Take yourself and children to dentist to make sure things are going well inside your oral cavity (a portal to your whole body).
